IMPORTANT ATRACTIONS OF THE CUSCO
CITY:
Pisac Market:
One of the main handicraft markets
in the Sacred Valley, where customs
are mixed with the art to obtain
authentic and cultural value. In the
market of Pisac artisans come
together around the city and
residents of nearby villages who
sell their products at prices within
reach of the tourist.
Ollantaytambo:
Monumental work of the Inca Empire,
located 80 km northeast of Cusco, at
an altitude of 2792 meters. On Machu
Picchu is located 40 km away.
Ollantaytambo is a construction of
the imperial Inca period between the
time of the Inca Pachacutec and
Wayna Capac, 200 to 150 years before
the arrival of the conquistadors.
Its architectural style makes known

Ollantaytambo Inca elite
constructions and style used

Chinchero:
It is located 30 km northwest of the
